Textured Mosaic Window

This six paned rustic window has 6 different textured glass and white grout. The window is stained wood in the front and original layered house paint on the back which is mainly dark green. The textured glass is flowing in waves down through the panes.

This is my first mosaic window and some of the Weldbond glue used to adhere the glass tiles did not completely clear. I tried to etch the back side of the window to decrease the visibility of the patchy whiteness and it wasn’t enough so I put a light layer of white paint as well on the back side of the window. light still comes through and the patchiness is decreased.

Even with the glue issue I love the way the window came out.
